Can You Ship to Addresses Outside the UK?
Yes - but allow extra time and the cost of postage can be high so check your order carefully before confirming.
How Do I Know My Order has Been Received?
You will receive a confirmatory email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you are worried that your order has not been processed, please send an email using the link above. It is always good to print out your confirmation page for future use and for your records.
Can you obtain products that are not on the web site?

Can I get a club discount?

What about P&P and delivery?
Most items are despatched Royal Mail and delivery is typically within 5 working days; but allow up to 14 days as items can occasionally go out of stock.Ê We will let you know if your order will be delayed.Ê We canÕt be responsible for Royal Mail or any other carrierÕs delivery performance but we will do our best to use reliable methods.Ê Some parcels will need a signature on delivery but you may elect to have your order delivered to a different address so you can be there to receive it.Ê We endeavour to charge postage and packing at cost - this means you can order a small item and not pay a hefty Ôminimum chargeÕ.Ê At the checkout the system will calculate the approximate weight of your order and add the appropriate cost of P&P.Ê If you want to know what this will be before you order, select your items and go to the checkout as normal; but before you proceed to the payment screen you may check the P&P and cancel your order if you wish to.
