1.	Pressies4Pets Ltd wants you to be delighted with all the purchases you make from us. If the item has been received as requested and in good condition, but you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within seven working days of the day you received it, so long as it is in its original condition. In the case of DVDs, videos, audio, software etc. this means the item must still be sealed. In the case of items that have been personalised to your specific requirements Pressies4Pets Ltd may make a deduction from the amount of the refund to cover unrecoverable costs, at its discretion. In all other cases, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item less postage and packing charges.
2.	Please note that unless we delivered an item in error or it was damaged or defective on delivery you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
3.	This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Pressies4Pets Ltd may revise these terms and conditions, security and privacy and returns policies from time to time and you should check for updates on a regular basis.
