We reserve the right to take payment at the time of order, not necessary at the time of despatch. This is to ensure no delays in getting items delivered to you on time. |

No order is accepted by Pressies4Pets Ltd until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we undertake to contact you via the email address you have provided within five working days. |

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitutes of the same or higher value and contact you afterwards. |

You may cancel orders that are not specially personalised for you within 7 working days of receipt without reason, for a refund of the full purchase price less postage and packing charges. This is conditional on the return of the goods to us in their original packaging and in good condition within 14 days of the cancellation. Returning items under these terms and conditions is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion. |

Please allow at least 14 days for delivery. While most orders are dispatched within 5 working days, due to possible unavailability of stock from suppliers, this cannot be guaranteed and Pressies4Pets Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed delivery dates. |

You are likely to be required to sign for safe receipt of your orders and it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements for a signatory to be available. If orders are received damaged or incomplete you must notify us within three working days. If an item is delivered in poor condition or damaged please do not accept delivery and notify Pressies4Pets Ltd as quickly as possible. Pressies4Pets Ltd will arrange with you for the return of the goods and speedy replacement. |
